3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers.

  • Gift cards, if applicable.

  • Products with minor irregularities in weave, texture, print, or color that are characteristic of authentic handloom craftsmanship.

  • Slight color variations due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size-related issues (where applicable).

  • Damaged products.

  • Incorrect products received.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photographs and an unboxing video for verification.

  • Our team will review the request and provide a suitable resolution.

6. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Return Pickup

For eligible returns:

  • We will arrange a pickup from your doorstep whenever service is available in your location.

  • Pickup is usually scheduled within 2–4 business days after approval.

  • Customers are requested to securely pack the product in its original packaging.

8. Cancellation Policy

All orders placed on LoomsandLove are final. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
