1. Are your products handloom or handmade?
Many of our products are handloom and artisan-crafted. Minor irregularities in weave, texture, or color are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products and add to their uniqueness.
2. Do the colors of the products match the pictures?
We make every effort to display colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days across India.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.
5. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. Returns and exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
6. How do I request a return or exchange?

7. Can I cancel my order?
No. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
As we begin processing orders immediately to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been successfully placed.
We kindly request customers to review their order details, shipping address, and product selections carefully before completing their purchase.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
9. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon.
11. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. Our team will assist you with a replacement or resolution.

Handloom products are crafted by skilled artisans, making each piece unique. Minor variations in weave, texture, or color are not defects but a hallmark of authentic craftsmanship.
